Łukasz Kroplewski is a Master of Law and a Master of Administration. He graduated from Executive MBA management studies. He dealt with legal and business consulting. He was a member of the Local Government Board of Appeals in 2009 – 2017 and is a co-founder and mediator of the Mediation Center operating at the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs in Koszalin.
He is a President of the Chamber of Commerce for Gas Industry, Member of the UNECE Group of Experts on Methane from Coal Mines. He holds a position of Vice Chairman of the UNECE Group of Experts on Gas. He was appointed a Chairman of the Presidium of the International Center of Excellence in the field of Methane from Coal Mines (ICE - CMM Poland). He is a Member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Aviation and a Counselor of the National Chamber of Commerce.
As The Vice President of the Management Board for Development, Łukasz Kroplewski supervises and coordinates PGNiG SA operations in the area of innovation and development projects carried out with PGNiG SA. He is involved in recognizing and monitoring possibility of obtaining EU funds for financing operations conducted by the Company. He supervises standardization activities in the Company, develops technical assumptions and regulations, norms and standards applicable in the gas sector. He operates the Central Measurement and Research Laboratory at the Branch and the operation of PGNiG’s Representative Office in Kiev and Wysokoje in Belarus.
Dariusz Brzozowski (EWE energia sp. z o.o.)
Vice President of the Chamber’s Management Board
He has been involved with the natural gas industry since 2000. A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Agricultural University of Wrocław. He completed postgraduate studies in Management at the Poznań School of Banking and Management Studies at WIFI (Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut) in Vienna. He has been President of the Management Board of EWE energia Sp. z o.o. since 2000.He has served as a member of the Management Board of EWE Polska since 2007, as President of the Management Board of EWE zielona energia since 2008 and as Vice President of the Management Board of the Union of Private Employers in the Energy Sector at PKPP LEWIATAN since 2006. He was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry on August 17th 2017.
Artur Zawartko (GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.)
Vice President of the Chamber’s Management Board
He holds the position of Vice President of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. He graduated from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and completed two post-graduate courses at the Warsaw School of Economics (Corporate Value Management and Human Capital Development) as well as managerial courses at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and ICAN Institute. He was President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Eksploatacji Rurociągów Naftowych Przyjaźń and Vice President of the Management Board of Nafta Polska S.A. He has served on the supervisory boards of the energy and chemical companies MPR Sarmatia Sp. z o.o., Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. (as Chairman of the Supervisory Board) and Zakłady Chemiczne Organika Sarzyna S.A. (as Chairman of the Supervisory Board). For many years, he worked at the Supreme Audit Office, including as Director of the Strategy Department and the Professional Development and Audit Methodology Department. Serving in senior managerial positions at joint-stock companies, he handled reorganisation processes to transform businesses into commercial-law companies focused on the development and delivery of growth strategies. He was a member of Intergovernmental Working Groups negotiating international partnership agreements in the energy sector (Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Georgia) and working groups negotiating agreements between PERN Przyjaźń and Ukrtransnafta (Ukraina), State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation Ltd. (GOGC) and Klaipedos Nafta (Lithuania) on the acquisition of interests in MPR Sarmatia sp. z o.o. As a member of the supervisory bodies of commercial-law companies, he was involved in privatisation and restructuring processes in the chemical sector.He was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry on March 1st 2017.

Adrian Dudek (Rugia Sp. z o.o.)
He graduated from the Faculty of Physics of the Technical University of Magdeburg. The owner of Rugia, a company specialising in the production of gas reduction and metering stations and installation of telemetry equipment. He is a co-founder of leading SMEs operating in the construction and raw materials industry, with a special emphasis on the natural gas industry. He co-founded the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry and is its active member, having served on the Chamber’s Management Board since its inception in 2003.
dr inż. Jacek Jaworski (Instytut Nafty i Gazu - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy)
He graduated from the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków in 1996 in Mining and Geology (major in Natural Gas Industry). He began his professional career in 1996 working in the Laboratory of Flow Metrology at the Oil and Gas Institute in Kraków as a gas industry engineer, and as an assistant from 1997. In 2004, he obtained a PhD degree in gas engineering at the Oil and Gas Drilling Department of the AGH University of Science and Technology.In 2004, he became Head of the Flow Metrology Department, and since May 2008 he has been Deputy Director for the Natural Gas Industry at the Oil and Gas Institute – National Research Institute. He has served as a member of the Management Board of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry since April 2015 and was its Vice President from July 26th 2016 to March 1st 2017.
Cezary Mróz (Sanitgaz CM Sp. z o.o.)
He graduated from the Faculty of Civil and Sanitary Engineering of the Lublin University of Technology. He is President of the Management Board of SANITGAZ CM Sp. z o.o. of Lublin, specialising in the manufacture of gas reduction and metering stations and telemetry systems installation. He was one of the main proponents of the Gas Industry Chamber, its founder and an active member since its inception in 2003, serving on the Chamber’s Council and Management Board in 2003–2006 and 2015–2016. He was Vice President of the Chamber’s Management Board from April 12th 2016 to March 1st 2017.
Marcin Przywara (Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o.)
He graduated from the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, with a major in Gas-Fired Energy Generation. He also completed a post-graduate programme at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He has 15 years’ experience in the natural gas industry. After graduation he started working as a blue-collar worker to gain hands-on work experience. As a result, he has in-depth knowledge of the problems affecting the individual segments of the natural gas industry. In 2008, he founded Gascontrol Polska, a company specialising in high-pressure gas pipelines, T.D. Williamson isolation systems and gas stations, and representing several foreign companies on the Polish market. Currently, he is a co-owner and President of the Management Board of Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o. o. based in Suszec.
Jarosław Stasiak (Common S.A.)
He graduated from the Lodz University of Technology. He is a co-owner and President of the Management Board of Common S.A., Poland’s pioneer in the manufacture of metering systems for the natural gas industry (gas meters, quantometers and specialist equipment). He has contributed to the growth in exports of these products to over 30 countries around the world, promoting Polish technological ideas and achievements. He was involved in the formation of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry and he has sat on the Chamber’s Council and then on its Management Board since 2003.
Konrad Śniatała (Atrem S.A.)
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Poznań University of Technology. He completed the following post-graduate programmes: MBA (at Georgia State University in Atlanta and University of Economics in Poznań in 1995–1997), ‘Microcomputer systems’, ‘Transmission and use of gaseous fuels’ (Poznan University of Technology in 1991) and ‘Marketing’ (the Poznań University of Economics in 1998). He co-founded Atrem S.A., a company specialising in I&C systems and electronic equipment for the power sector, serving as President of the Management Board since the company’s inception in November 1999. In 1987–1999, he was an employee and then Head of the Metering and Automatic Control Department at PGNiG (Wielkopolski Okręgowy Zakład Gazownictwa of Poznań). He is a member of the Polish Association of the Oil and Gas Industry Engineers and Technicians (SITPNiG)and a member of the Chamber’s Management Board since its inception.
Marcin Tadeusiak (JT S.A.)
He has been involved with the natural gas industry for 22 years. Since 2006, he has been President of the Management Board of JT S.A. He initiated key changes and restructuring of the company and conceived its strategy. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He also completed managerial postgraduate studies in the field of negotiation, mediation and management accounting. He participated in various business and personal development training programmes and workshops, including two training programmes organised by Harvard Business Review and Canadian International Management Institute called Strategic Leadership Academy.
